广东省R D经费支出现状分析及对策

摘要

The funds for science and technology, especially for research and development (R&D), increases rapidly in recent years in Guangdong province. However, compared with developed cities, there are some shortages, such as insufficiency of R&D funding, imbal-ance in internal structure of expenditures on R&D funding, research institutions and university expenditure on a smaller scale and so on. It is proved that the R&D expenditure has a positive significance on economic growth by regression analysis methods. By improving the status of basic research, enhancing the surpport scientific and technological projects, allocating the science and technology funds reasonably, Guangdong province can be made stronger and more technological.%广东省的科技经费尤其是R&D经费投入和支出近年来快速增长，但与发达地区相比，仍然存在着R&D投入力度不足，R&D经费内部支出结构失衡、高校R&D经费支出规模较小等问题，并用回归分析方法分析了R&D经费投入对经济增长有着积极意义。因此广东省还可以进一步加大R&D经费的投入及改善R&D经费支出结构，把广东省真正打造成科技强省。
