依托实验室开放加强大学生创新团队的培养

摘要

实验室开放对大学生团队建设提供了肥沃的土壤。本文结合我校实验室开放的现状，针对大学生创新团队的活动，从团队的建设与管理、团队活动项目的设置等方面进行了总结与分析，为大学生创新团队的活动提供了新的思路。%Open laboratory provides fertile soil on the team construction of College students. In light of the current situation of our laboratory, according to the college students' innovation team activities, from construction and management, team project settings are summarized and analyzed, and provides a new idea for college students' innovative team activities.
