高效液相色谱法死时间确定的经验方法研究

This paper summarized the HPLC empirical method to determine the dead time. HPLC dead time is an important basic parameters. During chromatographic conditions optimization and qualitative identification should be investigated. In research on the Method, determine the dead time make judgment of conformity of the impurity inspection more scientific and reasonable.%本文主要总结了高效液相色谱中确定死时间的经验方法。高效液相色谱中死时间是重要的基础参数，在进行色谱条件优化及定性鉴定时均应考察。在方法学研究中，死时间的确定使杂质检验的符合性判断更加科学合理。
