高效液相色谱法测定炎立消胶囊中原儿茶酸的含量

摘要

Objective:A HPLC method was established for the determination of protocatechuic acid in Yanlixiao Capsules. Meth-ods:In the analysis,a Diamonsil-C18(150mm × 4.6mm,5μm) column,a mobile phase of methanol-0.2%glacial acetic acid solution(6:94)and a UV wavelength of 258nm. Results:A linear range of 38.92ng~136.22ng,an average recovery of 99.8%with RSD of 0.89%(n=6). Conclusion:The method of HPLC is simple,rapid and reliable.%目的：建立HPLC法测定炎立消胶囊中原儿茶酸的含量。方法：Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)；流动相为甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸溶液（6：94）；检测波长为258nm。结果：线性范围为38.92ng～136.22ng，平均回收率为99.8%，RSD为0.89%（n=6）。结论：该方法简便，快速，准确可靠。
