复方苦参注射液联合紫杉醇+顺铂化疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

摘要

目的 探讨复方苦参注射液联合紫杉醇+顺铂 (TP) 化疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果.方法 选取中国人民解放军第一五二中心医院2017年9月—2018年3月收治的非小细胞肺癌患者154例作为研究对象, 按照入院顺序数字编号随机分为观察组和对照组, 每组患者77例.对照组给予TP方案治疗, 观察组给予复方苦参注射液联合TP方案治疗.观察两组临床治疗效果、生活质量改变情况及毒副反应发生情况.结果 观察组患者治疗有效率比对照组高, 差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05);观察组患者生活质量改善情况比对照组好, 差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05);观察组患者各种毒副反应发生情况明显优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) .结论 复方苦参注射液联合TP化疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果显著, 能有效降低毒副反应发生率, 值得应用和推广.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound matrine injection combined with paclitaxel + cisplatin (TP) chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 154 patients with non-small cell lung cancer inthe hospital from September, 2017 to March, 2018 were selected as the subjects.According to the number in accordance with the or-der of admission, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 77 cases in each group.The con-trol group were treated with TP regimen, and the observation group were treated with compound matrine injection combined with TPregimen. The clinical efficacy, quality of life and side effects of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate of the observa-tion group was higher than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The improvement of the qualityof life of patients in the observation group was better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Allkinds of adverse reactionsin the observation group was significantly better than the control group. The difference was statistically signifi-cant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Compound matrine injection combined with TP chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. It can effectively reduce the incidence of side effects, so it is worthy of application and promotion.
