前牙光固化复合树脂修复失败原因分析与探讨

摘要

目的：探讨前牙光固化修复失败原因。方法收集我院2006-01～2008-06间行前牙光固化复合树脂修复患者96例，其中失败6例，对病例进行随访、整理，分析失败原因。结果修复体折断、脱落1例；修复体变色及边缘着色2例；牙髓炎、根尖周炎1例；继发龋1例；牙龈炎1例。结论适应证选择不当及操作不规范是失败主要原因。%Objective To investigate repair failure of anterior teeth with light cured composite resin .Methods In the hospital , 96 ca-ses with anterior teeth with light cured composite resin from January , 2006 to June, 2008, of which 6 cases failed were collected.Follow-up, and consolidation of the cases were done , the reasons of failure were analyzed .Results The repair body was broken , with shedding in 1 teeth;restoration discoloration and edge coloring occurred in 2 teeth;pulpitis, periapical periodontitis in 1 teeth;caries of 1 teeth;and 1 tooth gingivitis .Conclusion That indications and improper operation is not standard is the main reason of failure .
