MTA及Vitapex在年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术中的应用价值对比观察

摘要

Objective To study the clinical efficacy comparison of MTA and Vitapex in apexification for young permanent teeth .Methods 150caseswithyoungpermanentendodonticinfectionfromJuly,2014toJuly,2015wereregardedastheresearchobjects.And they were randomly divided into two groups ( MTA group and Vitapex group ) ,according to the different apexification materials.MTA group chose MTA material, and Vitapex group chose Vitapex material.After 3 months and 6 months, the effect was assessed.Results After 3 months, the total effective rate was 96.4%in MTA group;while the total effective rate was 95.0%in the Vitapex group.After 6 months, the total effective rate was 94.0 %in MTA group;while the total effective rate was 95.0%in the Vitapex group.Conclusion MTA and Vitapex are superior in the induction of permanent apical ideal material , and it is worthy of clinical use and promotion.%目的：探讨观察MTA及Vitapex在年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术中的应用价值对比情况。方法选择2014－07～2015－07间来我院就诊的150例年轻恒牙牙髓感染的患者作为研究对象。根据治疗选择的根尖诱导材料的不同，将所有患者按随机抽样的方法分为MTA组和Vitapex组，Vitapex组的根尖诱导材料为Vitapex，MTA组选择MTA作为根尖诱导材料。3个月及6个月后，根据患者的临床检查评定疗效。结果经过治疗3个月后，MTA组总有效率为96.4％，Vitapex组总有效率为95.2％；治疗6个月后，MTA组总有效率为94.0％，Vitapex组总有效率为95.2％。结论 MTA和Vitapex两种材料在行年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术中应用效果均较为优越，是恒牙根尖诱导中理想的材料，值得临床推广和应用。
