CT诊断在术前结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发诊断中的应用分析

摘要

目的：探讨CT诊断在术前结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发中的应用价值。方法选取我院2011－05～2014－01间240例结肠癌患者作为研究对象，分析对比CT 诊断与病理切片确诊及术后复发结果相关性。结果 CT 诊断术前结肠癌准确度85.42％，与病理切片结果相关系数0.852；术后复发经CT诊断准确率89.36％，与病理切片组相关系数0.906；CT诊断结肠癌各种分期结果与病理切片相关性高，均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论 CT诊断术前结肠癌及术后结肠癌复发均有较高准确率，与病理切片具有较高相关性，值得临床应用推广。%Objective To investigate the value of applying CT diagnosis in preoperative colon cancer and postoperative colon cancer re -lapse.Methods 240caseswithcoloncancertreatedinthehospitalfromMay,2011toJanuary,2014wereselected.TheCTdiagnosisre-sults were compared with pathological diagnosis and recurrence results , and the correlation was analyzed.Results The accuracy of CT di-agnosis for preoperative colon cancer was 85.42%, and the correlation coefficient with pathological section was 0.852.The accuracy of CT diagnosis for postoperative colon cancer was 89.36%, and the correlation coefficient with pathological section was 0.906.The results of CT diagnosis for colon cancer at various stages had high correlation with pathological section , which was of statistical significance ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion The application of CT diagnosis in preoperative colon cancer and postoperative colon cancer relapse has high accuracy , and it also has close correlation with pathological section.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
