多西环素联合血必净治疗恙虫病并发多器官功能障碍综合征的疗效观察

摘要

目的：研究多西环素联合血必净注射液治疗恙虫病并发多器官功能障碍综合征的临床疗效的具体情况以及对患者的保护作用及其机制。方法收集我院2010－01～2014－10间恙虫病并发多器官功能障碍综合征患者35例，患者均来自本县。随机分为对照组与观察组，观察组患者18例，对照组患者17例，其中对照组使用多西环素进行治疗，观察组使用多西环素联合血必净注射液进行治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效以及相关指标与胃肠功能障碍评分的变化情况。结果两组患者的治愈率分别是25.61％、65.82％（P＜0．05）。观察组患者血清各种成分水平与治疗前比较，差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。 INR、CK－MB、Cr、BUN显著下降（ P＜0.05）。结论多西环素联合血必净注射液治疗可以显著提高恙虫病患者的治愈率，对患者多器官功能损害的并发症有预防与治疗作用，是临床治疗的有效方案，具有良好的临床价值，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To study the specific clinical efficacy and protective effects&mechanism of Doxycycline combined with Xuebi-jing Injection for complicated MODS of TD.Methods 35 TD patients with MODS treated from January, 2010 to October, 2014 in the hos-pital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group:18 cases in the observationn group, and 17 cases in the control group.The control group were treated with Doxycycline;the observation group were treated with Doxycycline combined with Xuebi-jing Injection.The clinical efficacy, level of blood platelet, level of INR, CK-MB, ALT, AST, Cr, BUN, PaO2/FiO2 and Marshall and the scores of gastrointestinal dysfunction of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The cure rates of two groups were 25.61%and 65.82%, respectively (P<0.05);after treatment, the components of serum were significantly improved (P<0.05);the level of INR, CK-MB, Cr and BUN was significantly reduced (P<0.05).Conclusion Doxycycline combined with Xuebijing Injec-tion can significantly improve the cure rate for patients with TD, and efficiently control the complications of MODS.The effective treatment has a fine clinical value.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
