鼻炎1号结合耳穴压法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

摘要

目的：观察鼻炎1号结合耳穴压法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将60例肺气虚寒、卫表不固型变应性鼻炎的患者随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组采用鼻炎1号结合耳穴压法，对照组服用盐酸依巴斯汀片。治疗3周，观察疗效。结果观察组总有效率为86．7％，对照组为73．3％。两组差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05），观察组和对照组疗效相当。结论鼻炎1号结合耳穴压法治疗变应性鼻炎有较好的疗效。%Objective To observe the treatment of rhinitis 1 combined with auricular point platen press on allergic rhinitis.Methods 60 cases of pulmonary qi deficiency cold with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups: observation group were treated with rhinitis no.1 in combination with auticular point platen press, and the control group were treated with hydrochloric acid.After 3 weeks′treatment, curative effect was observed.Results The total effective rate was 86.7% in the observation group, and 73.3% in control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P>0.05 ) , and the effect of treatment group and control group was relatively the same.Conclusion Rhinitis 1 in combination with auricular point platen press treatment of allergic rhinitis is effec-tive.
