刮宫术及宫腔镜电切术在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠治疗中的应用对比

摘要

目的：对比分析刮宫术和宫腔镜电切术在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠治疗和应用效果。方法选取东莞市人民医院自2013－03—2015－03间收治的120剖宫产瘢痕妊娠产妇，按照数字随机方法进行分组，分为对照组和观察组，每组各60例。对照组采用刮宫术进行治疗，观察组则采用宫腔镜电切术治疗，对比分析两组患者的治疗效果以及并发症发生情况。结果经过本院的分组治疗，则观察组产妇的血β－HCG恢复、术中出血量、阴道流血时间以及月经恢复时间等指标均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用宫腔镜电切术较之刮宫术更能够有效改善剖宫产瘢痕妊娠产妇临床症状，对于降低产妇治疗并发症具有独特效果，值得临床的应用和推广。%Objective Comparative analysis of curettage and hysteroscopy in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy and application effect was done.Methods Selecting 120 scar pregnancy women in the hospital from March, 2013 and March, 2015 according to the ran-dom number method.They were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60 patients in each group.Control group were treated with curettage, and observation group were treated with hysteroscopic electric resection.Comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect and the complications occurrence of two groups were done.Results After the treatment, maternal serum beta hCG recovery, amount of bleeding, the time of vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery time and other indicators of the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), with statistical significance.In the observation group, the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ) , with statistical significance.Conclusion By hysteroscopic surgery, dilatation and curettage can effectively improve the cesarean scar pregnancy clinical symptoms, and has a unique effect for decreasing maternal complications.So it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
