目的：探讨品管圈护理模式在内科护理中的应用效果。方法将1000例患者随机分成观察组和对照组，每组各500例。比较两组患者护理满意度、患者护理安全知识知晓率、护理差错率和护理不良事件发生率。结果观察组患者护理满意度和患者护理安全知识知晓率均显著高于对照组（P＜0．05），观察组护理差错率和护理不良事件发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论品管圈护理模式在内科护理中的应用能提高内科护理质量减少医疗事故和差错，并能提高患者护理满意度及护理安全质量，品管圈护理模式值得临推广应用。%Objective To investigate the effect of Quality Control Circle (QCC) care model applied in internal medical nursing. Methods 1000 patients were randomly selected in hospital as research subjects, and they were randomly divided into observation groupand control group, with 500 cases in each group.Patients′satisfaction, patient care and safety knowledge awareness, nursing care error rateand incidence of adverse events were compared.Results The observation group patients′care satisfaction and patients′care safety knowledgerate were significantly higher (P <0.05), the error rate and nursing care adverse events rate in the observation group were significantlylower than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion QCC care model uses in medical care could improve the quality of care to reducemedical malpractice and errors, and could improve patients′satisfaction degree and nursing care quality and safety.Quality control circlecare model could be worthy of clinical application.
