滋肾柔肝活血法治疗卵巢早衰的应用基础研究

摘要

Objective To research the clinical effect of nourishing kidney and liver and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods Choosing 93 cases in the hospital outpatient ovarian premature senility patients as the research object, and dividing them into the treatment group ( medicine Yi Kun Fang treatment, 45 cases) and control group ( western medicine treatment, 48 cases).Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was slightly higher than that of the control group, P>0.05; After treat-ment, the PSV, PI, RI, PSH and E2 indexes of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group, P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 16.67% lower than that of the control group 0; and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 0, which significantly lower than that of the control group 10.42%, P<0.05.Conclusion Kidney Softening Yi Kun side has the effect of promoting blood circulation in the treatment of premature ovarian failure on the long-term effect can significantly im-prove the patients′LH, PSV, PSH, RI, PI, E2, etc., to improve the quality of life of patients.%目的：研究滋肾柔肝活血法治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法在深圳市福田区中医院门诊中选出93例卵巢早衰患者作为研究对象，将其分成治疗组（中药益坤方治疗组45例）和对照组（西医治疗组48例），就两组的治疗效果展开对比分析。结果治疗组患者的总有效率略高于对照组，P＞0．05；治疗后治疗组患者的血流速度（PSV）、血流搏动指数（PI）、血流阻力指数（RI）、雌二醇（ E2）、促卵泡生成素（ PSH）、促黄体生成素（ LH）指标值明显优于对照组，P＜0．05。治疗组的不良反应发生率0．00％低于对照组的16．67％，且治疗组患者的复发率0．00％显著低于对照组的10．42％，P＜0．05。结论具有滋肾柔肝活血之功效的益坤方在治疗卵巢早衰上远期疗效显著，能显著改善患者的LH、PSV、PSH、RI、PI、E2等，提高患者的生活质量。
