干旱区流域可持续水资源管理量化研究方法及应用

摘要

近年来,干旱地区水资源的开发成本在不断增加,需要不断提高水资源管理开发的效益和效率,使单位水的产出达到最优.文章介绍干旱区可持续水资源管理绩效综合评价指标体系的基础上,对指标权重进行了确认并给出了综合定量评价模型,同时运用相对变化指数法、加权综合指数法对研究区可持续水资源管理绩效进行了定量研究.%In recent years,the development cost of water resources increased constantly in the arid area,the benefits and efficiency of water resources management and development need to be increased to optimize the output of unit water.In the paper,based on the comprehensive evaluation system of sustainable water resources management performance of the arid area,confirming the index weight and comprehensive quantified evaluation model,meanwhile,quantified study was performed on the performance of sustainable water resources management in the research area using the methods of relative changing index and weight comprehensive index.
