数据包络分析在锦州市水资源利用效率分析中的应用

摘要

目前解决水资源短缺这一问题的主要方式就是提高水资源的综合利用率.但是,这一方法不能从根本上对水资源的投入以及产出比进行分析.对此,文章将重点结合辽宁省不同城市2005-2015年10a间的水资源相关数据,通过选取当地生产以及生活用水等几大主要指标,作为模型分析因子,采用数据包络分析法,对各指标的技术冗余率和规模冗余率进行分析,科学计算、分析该研究区水资源的总体利用效率,从而对其时空分布特征及具体规律进行合理研究,以期为该地区水资源综合利用提供重要参考.%At present,major way to solve the shortage of water resources is to increase the comprehensive utilization efficiency of water resources.However,this method can't analyze the inputs and outputs of water resources fundamentally.For this,combination with the relative data about various cities of Liaoning Province in ten years from 2005 to 2015,by selecting main indicators about local productive and domestic water as the factor of model analysis,the data envelopment analysis method was adopted to analyze the technological redundancy rate and scale redundancy rate of each indicator,and to calculate and analyze the total utilization efficiency of water resources of the researched area,so as to study reasonably the characteristics and specific laws of space-time distribution and supply important references for comprehensive utilization on water resources of the area.
