稻曲病病原菌分离技术及培养条件初步研究

摘要

在PSA培养基上，利用稻曲病菌菌核分离培养了稻曲病菌。研究结果表明，稻曲病菌生长的最佳碳源为蔗糖，最适蔗糖浓度为2%～3%，最适温度为25℃，黑暗条件利于稻曲病菌的生长。%Using false smut of rice (FSR) sclerotia isolation，the pathogen of FSR was cultured in PSA medium. The study demonstrated that the best C source for mycelium growth was sucrose. The suitable concentration was ranged from 2%～3%. The suitable temperature was 25℃. Dark condition was conducive to mycelium growth.
