二次茎尖脱毒法对草莓茎尖培养及脱毒效果的影响

摘要

In order to solve the problem that the conventional detoxification method could not guarantee the seedling and survival rate in strawberry production ,taking meristem tip of strawberry as explants ,meristem tip cutted from aseptic seeding for virus‐free seeding culture ,the effect of the second time stem apex detoxification on shoot tip cultures and detoxification efficiency of strawberry was studied with heat treatment and second time stem culture .The results showed that the heat treatment with the meristem tip cut from aseptic seeding for virus‐free seeding culture ,which led to higher seedling ratio ,up to 60 .33% ,and virus‐free ratio was the highest ,up to 80 .58% .%为了解决生产上常用的脱毒方法不能保证草莓的成苗率和脱毒率的问题，以童子一号草莓茎尖为外植体，采用热处理和二次茎尖培养相结合的方法脱除病毒，研究二次茎尖脱毒法对草莓茎尖培养及脱毒效果的影响。结果表明：热处理结合二次茎尖培养脱毒方法的成苗率高达60．33％，脱毒率也高于其它处理，平均脱毒率达到80．58％。
