基于TRIZ创新理论的控冷后吹扫系统

         

摘要

通过冲突理论、物质-场理论等建立功能模型树、物质-场模型进行分析、求解,最终找到以吹扫为主的指导方案,该方案经过具体化后形成吹扫系统并投入实际使用。该吹扫系统在河北钢铁技术研究总院中试工厂550热轧机的控冷系统进行安装试验。使用该系统可以完全去除冷却后的残余水,明显提高冷却后测温的准确性以及钢板温度的均匀性。%The guide plan with purging as main target is found out at last through analysis and getting the solu-tion by means of functional model tree and material-field model built with conflict theory and material-field theory.This plan is materialized into a purging system, and the later is put into actual application.This system is installed and tested in controlled-cooling system of 550 hot rolling mill of pilot plant of the institu-te.This system can completely eliminate the residual water after cooling;obviously improve the accuracy of temperature measuring after cooling and the homogeneity of steel plate temperature.
