Joel-Cohen切口应用于妇科良性疾病76例分析

摘要

Objective：To study the feasibility of the fine gynopathy be operated with Joel-Cohen incision.Methods：152 cases of the fine gynopathy patients were randomly divided into two groups：the control group（n=76） and the experimental group，the control group were operated with the trad-ional longitudinal incision，while the experimental group with the Joel-Cohen incision．Results：There were significant difference in duration and heeling of dissecting abdaomen and operating，incidence of postoperative morbidity，anusexhaustion，postoperalive pain and hospital stay between the two group were found.Conclusion：The fine gynopathy openrated with Joel-Cohen incodsion has less bleeding,shorter operating duration,faster recovery，fewer complications，shorter hospital stay easier of the method of operation and more beautiful to look at the incision，and therefore，its suitable for wide spread use.%目的：探讨Joel—Cohen切口应用于妇科良性疾病手术治疗的可行性。方法：对76例患妇科良性疾病的手术治疗中用Joel—Cohen切口，同期随机选择76例类似病人采用传统纵形切口手术作为对照。结果：比较两组在开腹时间、开腹出血量、手术时间、术中总出血量、术后病率、术手排气时间、术后疼痛、病人住院天数方面均有显著差异。结论：Joel—Cohen切口应用于妇科良性疾病的手术治疗中，出血少、手术时间短、病人康复快、术后并发症少、住院时间短、且操作简单、切口美观，值得临床推广使用。
