目的:探讨局麻下行网塞充填式无张力疝修补治疗有伴发病或高龄老年人腹外疝的疗效.方法:回顾性分析88例局麻下行网塞充填式无张力疝修补治疗有伴发病或高龄老年患者腹外疝的临床资料,观察手术时间、术后并发症及复发率.结果:所有病人均治愈出院.术后并发尿潴留3例,阴囊积液2例,局部异物感3例.全部病人均获术后随访,随访时间3～24个月,无1例复发.结论:局麻下网塞充填式无张力疝修补是对人体生理功能干扰小,安全性高,手术方法简单,尤其适合有其它合并症不能耐受其它麻醉的老年人腹外疝的治疗.%Objective: To study the effect of plug mesh tension-free hernioplasty in elderly abdominal external hernia with complication under local anesthesia. Method: We reviewed 88 cases data of such disease. Then observed the operation effect, time and complication after operation, as well as the recurrence rate. Result: All the patients were discharged. Only 3 of them with urinary retension after operation. 2 cases with scrotal hydrocele. 3 cases felt susceptible partial of foreign body. There's none of them with recurrence after the following up for 3 to 24 months. Conclusion: It's safe and convinent to repair the elderly abdominal external hernia with comlication by plug mesh tension-free hernioplasty under local anesthesia, esp for those who cant bear the other anesthesia method.
