目的:探讨大肠癌围手术期营养支持与治疗对患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响.方法:选择48例大肠癌手术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,其中观察组24例,围手术期予以营养支持及辅助化疗,对照组24例,单一予以辅助化疗,对比分析两组患者免疫功能、生活质量情况.结果:治疗后两组各免疫指标比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后观察组KPS评分升高者明显多于对照组,相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后观察组体重增加与稳定者例数明显高于对照组,统计亦有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:大肠癌围手术期营养支持与治疗能改善患者增加免疫力,提高生活质量,临床值得推广.%Objective: To discuss the effect of perioperative nutritional support and treatment for immune function and quality of life in the patients with colorectal cancer. Method: 48 cases with colorectal cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups, 24 cases were in each group. The observation group was given perioperative nutritional support and chemotherapy, the control group was given the single adjuvant chemotherapy, then compared the immune function and quality of life situation between the two groups. Result: After the treatment, the immune parameters were significant different between the two groups (P<0. 05 ) ; the KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05); the numbers of the weight gain and stability in the observation group was significantly higher than thet in the control group, there was significant statistical difference ( P<0. 05).Conclusion: The perioperative nutritional support and treatment can increase immunity and improve quality of life of the patients with colorectal cancer, it is worth to be promoting clinically.
