表面微粒化酶联免疫固相载体的开发研究

         

摘要

目的:比较表面微粒化酶联免疫固相载体与平整光滑聚苯乙烯固相载体对HCV实验的影响.方法:在相同条件下,在采用华大吉比爱丙型肝炎病毒抗体诊断试剂盒(酶联免疫法)原理的前提下,运用表面微粒化酶联免疫固相载体包被酶标板,与华大吉比爱试剂盒对照检测企业内部质控血清.结果:用表面微粒化酶标板包被的酶标板试验灵敏度、特异性及精密度明显好于华大吉比爱聚苯乙烯酶标板.结论:表面微粒化酶联免疫固相载体包被酶标板的开发研究应用将是未来发展的新趋势.%Objective: To investigate the differences effects of the surface particle enzyme immunoassay solid carrier and the smooth polystyrene solid carrier on experimental of HCV. Method: According to the theory of diagnostic kit for antibody to hepatitis C virus ( ELISA ), we detected the internal quality control serum in enterprise by the enzyme label plate which is coated with the surface particle immunoassay solid carrier and diagnostic kit for antibody to hepatitis C virus ( ELISA ) in Beijing BGI-GBI Biotech Co, Ltd. , respectively. Result: Compared with the enzyme label plate coated with the smooth polystyrene solid carrier in Beijing BGI-GBI Biotech Co, Ltd. , the enzyme label plate coated with the surface particle immunoassay solid carrier is more sensitively, specifically and precisely. Conclusion: The research and development applications for enzyme label plate coated with the surface particle immunoassay solid carrier will be a new tendency in our future.
