剖析2010年版中国药典中明胶空心胶囊中铬的测定

摘要

目的:选择适合2010年版药典中药用明胶空心胶囊中微量铬测定的常规分析方法.在没有任何基体改进剂的条件下,采用微波消解和石墨炉原子吸收法,测量时扣除背景方式测定空心胶囊中的微量铬,经过常规方法剖析,确定适合、快速、简便、准确的方法.方法:采用岛津AA-7000原子吸收分光光度计,配石墨炉原子化器GFA-7000和自动进样器ASC-7000,结合微波消解仪,采用空心阴极灯:铬,氮所压力为0.35Mpa,以铬标准液制梯度浓度制作标准曲线.结果:吸收值与浓度线性关系良好,铬的平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为2.9%.结论:该法简便快速,灵敏度高,重复性好.%Objective: To choose the methods of the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia gelatin capsule with the determination of trace chromium conventional.
