小儿肺部感染合并心力衰竭的临床分析

摘要

Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of pediatric lung infection complicated with heart failure. Method: The clinical data of 30 children with lung infection complicated with heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Result: The total cure rate was 86. 70% , the mean duration of hospitalization was 11. 2±3. 4 days. Conclusion: Treating lung infection complicated with heart failure early can reduce the incidence of heart failure and improve the survival rate of children.%目的:探讨小儿肺部感染合并心力衰竭的临床特点及治疗方法.方法:回顾性分析我院2011年1月至2011年6月收治的30例肺部感染合并心力衰竭患儿的临床资料.结果:患儿治疗的总有效率为86.70%,平均住院时间为11.2±3.4d.结论:早期有效治疗肺部感染,可有效减少心力衰竭发病,提高患儿生存率.
