柳氮磺吡啶联合甲氨蝶呤及小剂量泼尼松治疗类风湿关节炎42例疗效观察

摘要

Objective: To approach treating method of rheumatoid arthritis ( RA ). Method: 42 patients with RA were treated by sulfasalazine combined with methotrexate and small dose prednisone. Result: After follow-up 4 to 22 months, It found that short period controlled with 16 cases ( 38. 10% ), notable effective with 20 cases ( 47. 62% ), having effects with 6 cases ( 14. 29% ), the total effective rate was 100% . The clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes had marked improvement in all cases ( P<0. 01-0.001 ). Conclusion : The remission rate is higher and side effects are lower in treating rheumatoid arthritis combined sulfasalazine with methotrexate and small dose prednisone. The medicines are abundant and the price is lower. It is an ideal method in treating RA.%目的:探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)的治疗方法.方法:对42例RA患者给予柳氮磺吡啶、甲氨蝶呤、小剂量泼尼松联合治疗.结果:对联合治疗的42例RA患者随访4-22月判断疗效,近期控制者16例(38.10% ),显效20例(47.62% ),有效6例(14.29%),总有效率100%.所有患者的临床症状及实验室指标均有明显的好转(P<0.01-0.001).结论:柳氮磺吡啶、甲氨蝶呤、小剂量泼尼松联合治疗RA缓解率较高,且副作用较小,药源广泛,价格低廉,是一种比较理想的方案.
