Objective: To discuss the vascular factors in 26 cases of young patients with ischemic stroke by analyzing their digital subtraction angiography ( DSA ) results. Method: From May 2007 to May 2009 according to diagnostic standards for TIA revised by the Fourth National Conference on cerebrovascular ( 1995 ) , we selected a total of 26 patients with TIA ( mean age 39 years ),and analyzed their DSA images. Result: Through the DSA images in 26 cases,we found vascular problems in 20 cases. Among them 4 cases ( 20% ) had congenital vascular lesions, 16 cases ( 80% ) had stenosis occlusions. In the latter, 37. 5% involved the extracranial blood vessels and 62.5% involved the intracranial blood vessels. Visible atherosclerotic plaques rupture was one of the main reasons that occurred TIA in young people. Prevention of atherosclerosis will be a major direction for reducing youth stroke. Conclusion: The vascular lesions are the foundations of ischemic stroke. DSA can help us to understand the blood vessels status in young people with TIA. Therefore, this examination can play a vital role in stroke prevention.%目的:本文旨在通过对26例青年短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者的DSA分析来探讨血管因素在年青人脑血管病中发生的影响.
