Objective: To study the surgery effects on rectal cancer by different surgical methods. Method: 64 cases of rectal cancer patients in our hospital were divided into control group and the observation group. The control group was used by traditional Mile surgery, the observation group underwent anus retained operation, and the surgical treatment were compared between the two groups. Result: The surgical time, length of hospital stay and local recurrence rate of the two groups was not significant ( P> 0. 05 ). However, the average in stool frequency, the incidence of complications and the quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than the control group ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion: The observation group had better curative effect than the control group , with fewer complications, faster postoperative recover and good quality of life, which was worthy of promotion.%目的:探讨不同手术治疗方式对直肠癌临床疗效的影响.方法:我院64例直肠癌患者根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统Mile手术治疗,观察组采用保肛手术治疗,比较两组的手术疗效.结果:两组患者的手术时间、住院时间及局部复发率无显著性(P>0.05).但观察组的日排便次数、并发症的发生率及生活质量均显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:保肛手术治疗直肠癌较传统Mlie手术疗效好,其并发症少,术后恢复快,患者生活质量好,值得临床推广.
