目的:探讨急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病患者P300电位的变化,为诊疗本病提供更多的依据.方法:对22例急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病( DEACMP)患者与20例健康者分别进行了P300测定,并将两组结果进行比较.结果:患病组与对照组比较,P300电位成份中N2、P3潜伏期延长,P3波幅降低,与对照组存在显著性差异(P<0.01).结论:P300电位对急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病的认知功能判定有一定的价值.%Objective: To explore the change of P300 potentials in patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning( DEACMP ) )in order to provide more methods for diagnosis and treatment the disease. Method: 22 patients with DEACMP and 20 controls were determined respectively with P300 potentials . The results of 22 patients with DEACMP were compared with those of 20 controls. Result: Latent period of N2 and P3 of P300 potentials in 22 patients with DEACMP were longer than those in the controls and amplitude of P3 of P300 potentals in the patients was lower than that in the controls. Conclusion: P300 potentials has remarkable value in evaluating cognition function on the patients with DEACMP.
