The present invention relates to a method for screening an antibody against a retardant immune antigen and a sensor for detecting a retardant immune antigen. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for screening an antibody against a retardant immune antigen comprises the following steps: mixing serum and a first pathogen comprising a first retardant immune antigen to form a first antibody-antigen reactant; obtaining a first antibody comprising a target antibody against the first retardant immune antigen by treating the first antibody-antigen reactant with acid; forming a second antibody-antigen reactant by mixing a second pathogen that does not contain the first retardant immune antigen as compared to the first pathogen; and collecting the target antibody that has not reacted with the second pathogen from the second antibody-antigen reactant.
