产科护理中不安全因素调查与防范对策

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the unsafe factors in the obstetric care and the precaution measure. Method:The clinical data of 580 puerperas in our hospital from Jan. 2008 to Jan. 211 were selected and analyzed retrospectively. The unsafe factors in the obstetric care and the precaution measure were evaluated. Result:The unsafe factors in the obstetric care included: paramedic factor, management factor, environmental factor and puerperal factor. The precaution measures were formulated according to different factors. Conclusion:In the obstetric care, there are varies unsafe factors, the precaution measures should be formulated according to different factors to prevent the incidence of unsafe events and increase the quality of care.%目的:探讨产科护理工作中可能的不安全因素以及相应的防范对策.方法:对2008 年1月至2011 年1 月间在我院产科住院分娩的580 例产妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨护理中的不安全因素及相应的防范对策.结果:不安全因素主要包括:护理人员因素、管理因素、环境因素以及产妇和家属因素,针对不同的因素应制定有针对性的防范措施.结论:在产科的护理中,不安全因素复杂多样,需对不同的因素制定针对性的措施从而防止护理不良事件的发生,提高护理质量.
