内镜下硬化止血治疗消化道溃疡出血临床疗效观察

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and value of endoscopic injection sclerotherapy for peptic ulcer bleeding.Method:A total of 200 patients were randomly divided into therapy group and control group,with 100 patients in therapy group and 100 patients in control group.Patients in therapy group were treated with endoscopic sclerosing agent injection,those in control group were treated with endoscopic 1:10000 epinephrine injection.And then compared of curative effect in two groups.Result:The rate of rebleeding,bowel sounds normal time,fecal occult blood clearance time,average volume of blood transfusion,duration of hospital stay were significantly less than those in the control group,the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic injection sclerotherapy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.%目的:观察内镜下硬化止血术对消化道溃疡出血的治疗作用,以期待为消化道溃疡出血的治疗提供理论依据.方法:将200例患者随机分为实验组及对照组,其中实验组100例,给予内镜下注射硬化剂；对照组100例,给予内镜下注射1:10 000肾上腺素.比较两组疗效.结果:两组患者的治疗效果发现实验组在再出血率,肠鸣音正常时间,大便潜血转阴时间,平均输血量,住院时间等均明显少于对照组,差异均有明显的统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:内镜下注射硬化剂是治疗消化道溃疡出血的一种安全有效的方法.
