目的:探讨姑息切除手术对晚期食管癌患者的治疗疗效.方法:对我院行放化疗治疗的102例晚期食管癌患者临床资料进行回顾分析,并根据有无行姑息切除手术分为单纯放化疗组50例(对照组)、姑息切除手术联合放化疗组52例(观察组).对比观察两组术后生存率.结果:两组术后一年生存率无统计学差异(P＞0.05),术后两年生存率有显著统计学差异(X2 =4.01,P＜0.05).结论:无法根治切除的晚期食管癌患者行姑息切除术能缓解患者临床症状、适当延长患者生存时间、改善预后.%Objective: To explore the clinical effect of palliative resection in patients with advanced e-sophageal cancer. Method: Data of 102 patients with advanced esophageal cancer treated by chemoradio-therapy were reviewed. 102 cases were divided into two groups according whether treated by palliative resection, the control group (n = 50) , not treated by palliative resection, the observation group (n = 52) , treated by palliative resection. And then compared the survival rate of two groups. Result: There were no difference between two groups in survival rate of one year after surgery (P>0.05). There were significant difference between two groups in survival rate of two years after surgery (X2 =4.01 ,P<0.05). Conclusion: Palliative resection would relieve the clinical symptoms on patients with advanced esophageal cancer , extend survival time and improve prognosis.
