Objective: To compare TNF-α,IL-6 , adiponectin between type 2 diabetes patient and normal people, to explore the relation between TNF-α, IL-6 , adiponectin and type 2 diabetes. Method: To decect the TNF-α,IL-6 , adiponectin of 30 patients with type 2 diabetes and 11 normal population. Result: TNF-α, IL-6 was increased while adiponectin was decreased in blood of patient, the change was more significant in the obese patients and those patients with fasting blood - glucose concentration more than 11.1 mmoL/L. Conclusion: TNF-α, IL-6 was increased while adiponectin was decreased in patients with type 2 diabetes, and there is a possible relationship between blood-glucose concentration, obesity and inflammatory cytokine in type 2 diabetes patient.%目的:分析2型糖尿病人血液中炎性因子白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及脂联素与正常健康个体的差异,探讨TNF-α、IL-6、脂联素与2型糖尿病的相关性.方法:检测并分析30例2型糖尿病人与11例健康个体血液中TNF-α、IL-6及脂联素的水平.结果:2型糖尿病人血中TNF-α和IL-6的水平明显高于健康个体,脂联素水平则明显低于健康个体,此种变化在肥胖患者或空腹血糖＞ 11.1 mmoL/L的糖尿病人身上更加明显.结论:2型糖尿病人血液中TNF-α和IL-6水平增加,脂联素的水平降低,且与2型糖尿病人的肥胖程度、空腹血糖水平存在相关性.
