Objective: To investigate the different management in the clinical pathway of inguinal hernia treated with different styles of operations. Method: The retrospective study was conducted on 167 patients with inguinal hernia in the clinical pathway. 39 patients were performed tension-free hernioplasty,97 patients were performed totally extraperitoneal prosthesis and 31 patients were performed laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac. Result: The total hospital time, hospital time after operation, the time of pain and the cost of hospitalization were significant difference in the three groups. There was no statistical difference in time before operation in the three groups. Conclusion: According the difference of operations, different management in the clinical pathway of inguinal hernia is helpful to shorten hospital time and reduce the cost of hospitalization.%目的:探讨临床路径在腹股沟疝治疗中于三种不同手术方式中的差异化管理.方法:回顾分析2010年8月至2011年10月进入临床路径的167例腹股沟疝患者临床资料,39例行开放式无张力疝修补术,97例行完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术,31例行腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术.结果:三组病人总住院时间、术后住院时间、术后疼痛持续时间、住院费用方面均有显著差异,术前住院时间的差异无统计学意义.结论:根据手术方式的不同,临床路径在腹股沟疝中应实行差异化管理,以利于缩短住院时间、减少住院费用.
