Objective: To study the social support degree of patients with senile dementia and its influence for the quality of life. Method:47 patients with senile dementia in our hospital from January 2009 to October 2011 were selected as observation group, and 47 healty elderly at the same time were selected as control group, then the result of social support degree and its influence for the quality of life of two groups were analyzed and compared. Result:The each items score and total score of observation group were all higher than those in control group, the quality of life score of higher social support degree were all higher than those of middle and lower social support degree,all P〈0. 05,there were significant differences. Conclusion:The social support degree of patients with senile dementia is relatively low, and there is correction between the social support degree and quality of life score of patients.%目的:探讨老年痴呆患者社会支持度对其生存质量的影响.方法:选取2009年1月至2011年10月本院收治的47例老年痴呆患者为研究对象,将其设为观察组,同时选取同期的47名健康老年人为对照组,将两组人员的社会支持量表评估情况及不同社会支持度对痴呆患者的生存质量评分进行统计及比较.结果:观察组的社会支持度各项目及总分均高于对照组,而观察组高社会支持度患者的生存质量评分明显高于中、低社会支持度的患者,P均＜0.05,均有显著性差异.结论:老年痴呆患者社会支持度处于相对较低的状态,且其与患者的生存质量有较大的相关性.
