瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚对乳腺癌根治术患者呼吸及循环功能的影响研究

摘要

Objective: To study the influence of remifentanil combined with propofol for the respiratory function and circular function of patients with radical operation of breast cancer. Method:74 patients with radical operation of breast cancer from August 2009 to March 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group ( Fentanyl combined with Propofol group )and observation group (Remifentanil combined with Propofol group )with 37 cases in each group, then the indexes of respiratory function and circular function of two groups before giving the drug .after giving the drug at 5min,30min and after stopping the drug at 5min were analyzed and compared. Result:The wave amplitude of respiratory function and circular function of observation group after giving the drug at 5min,30min and after stopping the drug at 5min were all smaller than those of control group, indexes of respiratory function and circular function of two groups were compared, all P〈0. 05, there were significant differences. Conclusion: The influence of remifentanil combined with propofol for the respiratory function and circular function of patients with radical operation of breast cancer is smaller, and it is more benefit for operation smoothly.%目的:探讨瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚对乳腺癌根治术患者呼吸及循环功能的影响.方法:选取2009年8月至2012年3月于本院进行乳腺癌根治术的74例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(芬太尼复合异丙酚组)和观察组(瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚组),每组各37例,将两组患者用药前、用药后5min、用药后30min及停药后5min的呼吸及循环功能指标进行统计及比较.结果:观察组用药后5min、用药后30min及停药后5min呼吸及循环功能指标波动幅度均小于对照组,两组上述时间段的呼吸及循环功能指标比较,P＜0.05,有显著性差异.结论:瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚对乳腺癌根治术患者呼吸及循环功能的影响更小,更利于手术的顺利进行.
