Objective: To observe the clinical effects of the patients with acute myocardial infarction treated with emergency thrombolysis. Method: 140 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected and divided into 2 comparable groups randomly, the control group with 61 cases and the observation group with 79 cases. The control group were given conventional treatment, and the observation group were given the emergency thrombolytic therapy on the basis of conventional treatment. Observing the endpoint events and the admission days of the 2 groups, and evaluating the symptom relief, recanalization rate and treatment effect of the patients in 2 groups. Result: The probability of death, heart failure or shock, cardiac arrhythmia in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the hospital stay was less evidently than the control group. Symptom remission rate, recanalization rate, therapeutic effective rate and total efficiency of the observation group were higher significantly than the control group. The difference between 2 groups was evident, which had statistical significance( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion: Emergency thrombo-lytic therapy to treat the patients with acute myocardial infarction can not only improve the treatment effect and the prognosis of the patients effectively but also accelerate rehabilitation. In addition, emergency throm-bolytic therapy has the advantages of simple operation and no need for special equipment, which can be regarded as conventional therapy way for acute myocardial infarction in clinical work.%目的:探讨急性心肌梗死患者急诊溶栓治疗的临床效果.方法:选取急性心肌梗死患者140例,随机分为两组.其中对照组61例,观察组79例,两组有可比性.对照组给予常规治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予急诊溶栓治疗.观察两组患者终点事件以及住院时间,评价两组患者症状缓解情况、再通率以及治疗效果.结果:观察组发生死亡、心衰或休克、心律失常的几率明显低于对照组;住院时间明显少于对照组;症状缓解率及再通率均明显高于对照组;治疗显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组.上述比较两组差异明显,有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:对急性心肌梗死患者行急诊溶栓治疗可以提高治疗效果,有效改善患者预后,并加速患者康复.加之该治疗方式具有操作简便、无需特殊设备等优点,在临床工作中可以作为常规治疗急性心肌梗死的方式.
