PCI对 NSTE－ACS患者心率震荡的影响

摘要

目的：探讨PCI 对NSTE－ACS 患者心率震荡的影响。方法：选择我院行 PCI 治疗的NSTE－ACS患者42例，所有病例符合心率震荡测定要求，术前及术后1月行24h动态心电图检查，并计算震荡初始值（TO）和震荡斜率（TS），比较两者的变化。结果：PCI术后1月与术前相比TO降低、TS升高，差异有显著性（ P＜0．01）。结论：心率震荡可作为一种有效无创方法评价PCI治疗NSTE－ACS的疗效。%Objective:To study the effect of PCI on heart rate turbulence in patients with NSTE-ACS. Method:42 patients diagnosed with NSTE-ACS performed PCI.All cases were administrated Holter both preoperation and 1month after PCI.Calculate turbulence onset ( TO) and turbulence slope ( TS) , and statis-tic the difference of TO and TS before and after PCI respectively.Result:Compared with the value preopera-tion,TO declined and TS increased 1 month after PCI.The difference was statistically significant ( P <0. 01) .Conclusion:HRT can be used as an effective noninvasive method to evaluate the effect of PCI in the treatment of NSTE-ACS.
