支气管镜下肺泡灌洗法治疗老年支气管扩张合并感染临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察分析应用支气管镜下肺泡灌洗法治疗老年支气管扩张合并感染的临床疗效。方法：选取78例老年支气管扩张合并感染患者，根据治疗方法随机分成两组，对照组39例行包括抗感染、祛痰、引流等常规治疗，实验组在常规治疗基础上应用支气管镜下肺泡灌洗治疗，比较疗效、血气等指标。结果：实验组疗效明显高于对照组达100％，咳嗽、咳痰等症状缓解时间较对照组大大缩短，住院花费等也少于对照组，差异显著，P＜0．05。结论：应用支气管镜下肺泡灌洗方法治疗老年支气管扩张合并感染的效果优于常规治疗方法，具有一定的临床推广意义。%Objective:To observe the clinical treatment efficacy of bronchoscopic lavage in elderly bron-chiectasis with infection.Method:Selected 78 cases of elderly bronchiectasis patients with infection ,divided them into two groups randomly according to the treatment.The control group included 39 patients with anti-infective, phlegm, drainage and other conventional therapy.The experimental group received bronchoscopic lavage and the conventional therapy treatment,compared the efficacy,gas analysis blood gas index and other indicators.Result:The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the relieve time of cough,sputum and other symptoms significantly shorter than the control group,the hospitalization also spent less than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The method of bronchoscopic lavage to cure elderly bron-chiectasis with concurrent infection is better than conventional treatment method,it deserves to be spreading in clinical.
