肾衰宁治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床疗效分析

摘要

目的：观察肾衰宁治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年6月至2014年6月在本院治疗的早、中期慢性肾功能衰竭患者68例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例。对照组采取慢性肾衰竭常规基础治疗，治疗组在常规基础治疗的前提下使用肾衰宁。对两组进行临床症状的观察和血肌酐（ Scr）、尿素氮（ BUN）的检测。结果：治疗后，两组血Scr、BUN与治疗前相比均有显著下降（ P＜0．01）且治疗组治疗后血Scr、BUN水平下降更显著，与对照组治疗后相比存在显著性差异（ P＜0．01），同时治疗组患者临床症状有明显改善。结论：肾衰宁片不仅能显著降低患者血Scr、BUN水平，而且能改善患者临床症状，未见明显不良反应。%Objective:To observe clinical effect of Shenshuaining capsule in the treatment of chronic re-nal failure.Method:Sixty-eight patients with chronic renal failure who were in early and middle stages from Jun.2011 to Jun.2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 34 cases in each group.Control group was given regular basis treatment of chronic renal failure , and the patients in treatment group were given Shenshuaining capsule based on the conventional treatment . Clinical symptoms of two groups were observed ,serum creatinine(Scr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) were detected.Result:Serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN) in all cases decreased after treatment (P<0.01).The reduction of above indexes in treatment group were significantly obvious compared with that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Shenshuaining capsule can reduce patients serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen and improve renal function with out adverse reaction .
