氯吡格雷对非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征患者血小板聚集率的影响及近期临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：：探讨雷氯吡格雷对非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征( NSTE－ACS)患者血小板聚集率的响,以及近期临床疗效观察。方法：80例患者采用简单随机分层,分为观察组和对照组各40例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组加用阿司匹林,观察组加用氯吡格雷,观察二者临床疗效及血小板聚集率。结果：治疗30d后,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者最大血小板聚集率相似,差异无统计学差异( P>0.05)；治疗30d后,两组患者最大血小板聚集率较治疗前均降低,但是观察组较对照组改善更显著,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组患者主要心血管事件发生率明显低于对照组(5.0％vs22.5％),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：氯吡格雷治疗NSTE－ACS,可有效降低血小板聚集率,提高临床治疗效果,降低心血管事件发生,促进患者近期预后。%Objective: To investigate the effect of clopidogrel on the platelet aggregation rate and its short-term clinical efficacy in patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome ( NSTE-ACS) . Methods:80 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. The patients of both groups were given conventional therapies;and the control group used aspirin additionally, while the observation group used clopidogrel additionally. The platelet aggregation rates and clinical efficacy were observed in the two groups. Results:After 30 days treatment, the observation group had significantly better efficacy than the control group ( P<0.05) . Before treatment, the two groups had insignificantly different platelet aggregation rates ( P>0.05);after 30 days treatment, both groups had significantly decreased platelet aggregation rates compared with those before treatment, but the observation group had a significantly better improving extent than the control group (P<0.05). In the treatment period, the observation group had a significantly lower incidence of main cardiovascular events than the control group (5.0% vs. 22.5%) (P<0.05). Conclusion:Clopidogrel in treatment of NSTE-ACS can effectively decrease the platelet aggregation rate, elevate clinical efficacy, decrease the incidence of cardiovascular events, and improve the short-term prognosis.
