支气管结核经支气管镜冷冻治疗疗效及对免疫功能的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and influence on immune function of bronchoscopy cryotherapy in treatment of patients with endobronchial tuberculosis ( EBTB) . Methods:60 EBTB patients ac-cepted in our hospital from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each. Control group were given routine anti-tuberculosis treatment, and observation group were given bronchoscopy cryotherapy on the basis of control group. The clinical effect and immune function of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of ob-servation group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.05);all the indicators had significant-ly improved in two groups ( P<0.05) and that of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Bronchoscopic cryotherapy can significantly improve clinical effect and im-mune function, and can be applied.%目的：：观察临床经支气管镜冷冻治疗支气管结核的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2015年1月至2015年12月在我院进行诊治的60例支气管结核患者，按随机平行分组法分为对照组和观察组各30例，其中对照组给予常规抗结核治疗方案，观察组则在对照组治疗基础上联合应用支气管镜冷冻治疗，对比分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及治疗前后两组患者免疫功能变化情况。结果：治疗后观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，治疗后两组患者各项指标均较治疗前明显改善( P<0.05)，观察组改善程度明显高于对照组( P<0.05)。结论：临床经支气管镜冷冻治疗支气管结核可明显提高治疗效果，改善免疫功能，可在临床推广应用。
