目的：：探讨护理干预对初产妇分娩方式及母乳喂养的影响。方法：选择符合标准的初产妇100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予个性化护理干预,比较二者护理效果。结果：观察组产妇经产道分娩率86.00％,高于对照组的58.00％,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后24h 出血量(259.03±33.47) mL,对照组产妇产后24h 出血量(378.14±39.05) mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后泌乳始动时间早于对照组,泌乳量多于对照组,产后均随访3个月观察组纯母乳喂养优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论：护理干预有助于降低初产妇剖宫产率、减少产妇产后出血量、改善泌乳功能、提高纯母乳喂养率,有助于母婴健康。%Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the breast feeding and mode of delivery in primiparas. Methods: A total of 100 eligible primiparas were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 primiparas in each group. The control group was given usual care, while the observation group was given individualized nursing intervention, and the nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results:The puerperas of the observation group had a transvaginal delivery rate of 86.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (58.00%) (P<0.05). The a-mounts of bleeding at 24h after childbirth in the puerperas of the observation group and the control group were (259.03±33.47) mL and (378.14±39.05) mL, respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The puerperas of the observation group had a significantly earlier time to initiation of postnatal lacta-tion and a significantly greater milk yield than the control group; all the puerperas were followed up for 3 months, and the observation group had significantly better pure breast feeding than the control group (P <0. 05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention is helpful for primiparas to decrease the uterine-incision delivery rate, decrease the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, improve the lactation function, and elevate pure breast feeding rate, and consequently is helpful for the health of both mothers and babies.
