3D打印技术在复杂骨端骨折治疗中的应用研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨3D打印技术在复杂骨端骨折治疗中的应用.方法:选取我院骨科诊治的复杂骨端骨折患者76例随机分为两组,对照组38例,予以钢板螺钉固定,试验组38例予以3D打印技术联合钢板螺钉固定治疗.对比两组的临床疗效、骨痂评分、手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、关节功能恢复情况、疼痛评分、手术并发症以及不良反应发生情况,其数据结果应用统计学软件SPSS17.0加以处理.结果:治疗后,两组患者P RI感应分、情绪分、总分、VAS评分以及P P I评分降低;试验组治疗有效率92.11%,对照组治疗有效率68.42%,试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组骨痂评分高于对照组,手术时间、术中出血量以及骨折愈合时间较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后关节功能恢复优良率为89.47%,对照组治疗后关节功能恢复优良率为65.79%,试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组PRI感应分、情绪分、总分、VAS评分以及PPI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组与对照组手术的并发症及不良反应相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:3D打印技术在复杂骨端骨折治疗的疗效显著,安全性好,适宜临床应用推广.%Objective:To investigate the application of 3D printing technology in the treatment of com-plex bone fracture. Methods:76 cases of complex fractures of the distal end of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, 38 cases were treated with plate screw.38 cases in the experimental group were treated with 3D printing technology combined with plate screw fixation. The clinical efficacy of two groups of bone callus score, operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume, fracture healing time, the recovery of knee function, pain score, postoperative complications and the incidence of adverse reac-tions were compared, the results using statistical software SPSS 17.0 to deal with. Results: After treatment, the two groups of patients with PRI induction, emotional score, total score, VAS score and PPI score de-creased;The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.11%, and the effective rate of the control group was 68.42%. The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group ( P < 0.05) . The score of callus in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the operation time, intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time were lower than those in the control group, the differ-ence was statistically significant ( P<0.05); After the treatment, the recovery rate of joint function was 89. 47%, and the recovery rate of the control group was 65.79%.The experimental group was higher than the con-trol group, with statistical significance ( P < 0.05);In the experimental group, the scores of PRI induction, emotion score, total score, VAS score and PPI score were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the complications and adverse reactions ( P > 0.05) . Conclusion:3D printing technology in the treatment of complex fracture of the bone has a significant effect, good safety, suitable for clinical appli-cation.
