羟苯磺酸钙联合中药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效观察

摘要

目的:通过中西医联合治疗背景期糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR),并分析探讨治疗结果.方法:选取已确诊为2型糖尿病的患者分为糖尿病视网膜病变背景期Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,分别为20只眼,给予羟苯磺酸钙0.3g日三次口服,同时给予中药治疗,用药前后分别给予眼底照相检查视网膜各象限视网膜内出血数量及OCT检查,对其结果进行统计学分析.结果:经过三个月的治疗后,糖尿病视网膜病变背景期Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的患者均有不同程度好转,出血点及出血斑、微血管瘤数量明显减少,背景Ⅲ期黄斑区视网膜厚度有所减轻,统计分析结果有意义.结论:羟苯磺酸钙联合中药治疗背景期糖尿病视网膜病变疗效显著.%Objective:To analyze the treatment results through the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
