肺上叶切除术后单双胸管引流的疗效与安全性分析

摘要

目的:探讨肺上叶切除术后单胸管引流与双胸管引流的疗效及安全性.方法:将符合纳入标准的80例肺肿物患者随机分为单管组和双管组,各40例.比较两组患者术后恢复情况及术后疼痛评分.结果:两组患者在术后胸管引流总量、置管时间、术后住院时间、术后出现皮下气肿等方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).但是两组患者在术后第2、3、4天及术后2周的疼痛评分中单管组均小于双管组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:肺上叶切除术后放置单胸管引流安全有效,可减轻术后疼痛.%Objective:To compare the effect of single-tube drainage with that of two-tube drainage after upper lobectomy of lung. Methods:A total of 80 patients conforming to the including standard were randomly classified into a single-tube drainage group and a two-tube drainage group, consisting of 40 patients respec-tively. Clinical and surgical variables were collected prospectively. Results: There were no significant differ-ences detected between the groups in relation to the amount of drainage or duration of drainage and other issues studied ( P>0.05) . But patients of single-tube drainage group had significantly lower pain scores from the sec-ond day to the fourth day after surgery,and also in two weeks( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Single-tube drainage is as safe and effective as two-tube drainage after upper lobectomy of lung. Moreover,single-tube drainage can relieve the postoperative pain for patients.
