Objetcive To investigate the changes of the expression levels of natriuretic peptide receptor A ( NPRA-) and C (NPR-C) in renal cortex after myocardial ischemia (MI) in rats. Methods All the rats were randomly divided into blank control group , sham-operation group and myocardial ischemia group .After MI models were established , the rats were sacrificed, and the expression levels of NPR-A and NPR-C in renal cortex were detected by Western blotting on day 3,7,14, 18,28.Results The expression levels of NPR-A in renal cortex were significantly decreased in different time points mentioned above ( P <0.01),however,the expression levels of NPR-C were increased from day 3 to day 18,then,which gradually recovered to the levels in blank control group on day 28.Conclusion After myocardial ischemia ,the detention of sodium and water in the kidney of rats is closely correlated to the decrease of expression levels of NPR -A and the increase of expression levels of NPR-C.%目的:探讨大鼠肾皮质利钠肽受体A( NPR-A)和受体C( NPR-C)的表达在心肌缺血后不同时程的动态变化。
