复方夏天无联合软骨保护药物治疗早中期膝关节骨性关节炎的随机对照研究

摘要

目的 观察复方夏天无联合玻璃酸钠与氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节早中期骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法150例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分成对照组与试验组,每组75例.对照组采用氨基葡萄糖口服,同时行玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上口服中成药复方夏天无.分别于3、6个月后依据治疗前后视觉模拟(VAS)评分、KSS评分、SF-36问卷、临床疗效评价治疗效果及不良反应发生情况.结果 随访3个月后,2组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0. 05),随访6 个月后,2 组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05);试验组总有效率为89.33%明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05). 2组患者治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应发生.结论 口服复方夏天无、氨基葡萄糖联合膝关节内注射玻璃酸钠对于早中期膝关节骨性关节炎症状的改善优于口服氨基葡萄糖联合膝关节内注射玻璃酸钠;复方夏天无对于膝关节骨关节炎患者症状的缓解、生活质量的提高方面具有较好的疗效.%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound recipe rhizoma corydalis decumbentis combined with sodium hyaluronate and glucosamine in treatment of prometaphase knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods A total of 150 patients with KOA were randomly divided into experimental group (n=75) and control group (n=75). The patients in control were treated by oral glucosamine combined with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate, however, the patients in experimental group,on the basis of control group,were treated by oral compound recipe rhizoma corydalis decumbentis. The therapeutic effects, incidence rate of adverse reactions, visual analogue score ( VAS),knee society score ( KSS), Shor form 36 health survey questionnaire (SF-36) at 3 months and 6 months after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in curative effects after 3-month follow up between the two groups (P＞0. 05),however, there were significant differences in curative effects after 6-month follow up between two groups (P＞0. 05). Moreover, no severe adverse reactions during treatment were observed in both groups (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion The improvement effects of oral compound recipe rhizoma corydalis decumbentis and glucosamine combined with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate on prometaphase knee osteoarthritis are soperior to those oral glucosamine combined with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate, moreover, compound recipe rhizoma corydalis decumbentis has preferable curative effects in symptoms remission and enhancement of life quality of patients.
