盐酸戊乙奎醚对老年患者非心脏手术后认知功能影响的研究进展

摘要

The penehyclidine hydrochloride is the newly anticholinergic drug,which can selectively inhibit the gland secretion of respiratory tract,without increasing obviously heart rate.Because of these characteristics,penehyclidine hydrochloride has been widely applied in clinical practice.However,in recent years,some studies have showed that applicatoon of penehyclidine hydrochloride before operation can cause the changes of cognitive function of elderly patients so as to result in the incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) and postoperative delirium (POD).With the rapid speed of our country's aging process and the advancements in surgical and anesthetic techniques,more and more older patients undergo surgery for treatment.Nowadays,great attention has been paid to the postoperative cognitive impairment among the elderly patients.This article reviewed the effects of penehyclidine hydrochloride on cognitive function of elderly patients after after noncardic surgery.%盐酸戊乙奎醚是新型抗胆碱药,选择性抑制呼吸道腺体分泌而不明显增快心率,广泛应用于临床.然而,近年来有研究表明术前应用盐酸戊乙奎醚会引起老年患者术后认知功能改变,导致术后认知功能障碍和术后谵妄的发生.随着我国人口老龄化的进程,加之手术和麻醉领域的飞速发展,老年手术人群比例不断增大,老年患者术后认知功能的改变逐渐引起人们的重视.本文就盐酸戊乙奎醚对老年患者非心脏手术后认知功能的影响予以综述.
