某三级甲等医院结核内科护理队伍心理压力情况现状及影响因素分析

             

摘要

目的 探讨河北省某三级甲等医院结核内科护理队伍心理压力现状,并且分析具体影响其心理健康水平的因素,提出针对性建议.方法 采用SCL-90症状自评量表以及自制社会学调查问卷于对河北省某三级甲等医院普通内外科护理人员以及结核内科护理共计98名进行分类调查.结果 结核内科护理人员SCL-90总分及焦虑、敌对、偏执、人际关系敏感等因子分数高于普通内外科护理人员以及国内一般人群得分(P<0.05).根据Logistics回归综合分析结果,影响河北省某三级甲等医院结核内科护理人员心理压力主要是职称水平 OR =3.526(1.002, 12.417)、工资满意度OR=7.027(0.851,58.029)、工作量满意度OR=16.149(4.152,62.801)、工作之余与同事进行社交的机会满意度OR=2.783(1.025,7.999)、职业发展的机会满意度OR=3.626(1.229,10.703)以及领导对工作的认可程度满意度方面OR=4.065(1.178,14.085).结论 结核内科护士心理健康风险很高,医院管理者及社会应当提高对结核内科护理工作人员心理健康水平重视程度,并且针对结核内科护理人员心理压力严重的影响因素采取针对性措施,对未来维护护理队伍稳定性以及进一步提高护理质量影响深远.%Objective To investigate the current situation of psychological stress in nursing team in department of tuberculosis internal medicine in a certain grade 3 class A hospital of Hebei province,and to explore the influencing factors on psychological health levels and to propose some directive suggestions to solve them.Methods A total of 98 nursing staff who worked in department of ordinary internal medicine and department of general surgery as well as department of tuberculosis internal medicine from April 2017 to June 2017 in a certain grade 3 class A hospital of Hebei province were enrolled in the investigation.The mental health levels of the nursings staff were investigated by means of SCL-90 self symptoms evaluation scale and self-made questionnaire of sociology.Results The total scores of SCL-90 and the scores of anxiety,antagonism, bigotry and interpersonal sensitivity of the nursing staff in department of tuberculosis internal medicine were significantly higher than those of the nursing staff in department of ordinary internal medicine and department of general surgery ( P <0.05). Logistics regression analysis results showed that the main influencing factors on the mental stress of nursing staff in department of tuberculosis internal medicine were professional title levels[OR=3.526(1.002,12.417)],salary satisfaction degree[OR=7.027(0.851,58.029)],the satisfaction dagree of work load [OR=16.149(4.152,62.801)],the satisfaction dagree of job opportunities and social interaction with colleagues [OR = 2. 783(1. 025,7. 999)],satisfaction degree of career development chance[OR=3.626(1.229,10.703)] and the satisfaction dagree of leader's recognition degree with their work [OR=4. 065(1. 178, 14. 085)]. Conclusion The psychological health risk levels of nursing staff in department of tuberculosis internal medicine are quite high. The hospital administrator and society should pay much attention to the mental health levels of these nurses,and it is necessary to take targeted measures against the factors affecting the psychological stress of nursing staff to stabilize nursing team and improve further nursing quality.
